Terms & Conditions for Users

• Platform / "Sivrce": Sivrce AI LLC (Identification Code: 404772652) is a digital, informational platform (website and/or mobile application) that provides users with content, recommendations, and information about various venues.
• User: A natural person who uses the Platform to receive a relevant service and/or connect with a relevant service provider.
• Partner Venue: A natural or legal person whose information is placed on the Platform and who offers its services to the User.
• AI (Artificial Intelligence): Digital technology that the Platform uses to generate recommendations based on the User's specified criteria (i.e., preferences).

2.1. Platform's Purpose: The Platform is an informational digital intermediary that connects the User with potential Partner Venues. The purpose of the Platform is to simplify the process of finding suitable venues/locations tailored to the User's desires, based on the criteria specified by the User.

2.2. Detailed Analysis: To use the Platform, the following steps must be taken:

• After opening the application, the User must select the desired service type;
• The User specifies the geographic location (geolocation) — the Platform does not collect or store the User's geolocation data.
• The User refines the search criteria.
• The Platform, using AI technology, generates and displays recommendations that best match the criteria/interests specified by the User.

2.3. Registration: It is possible to use the Platform without registration. Accordingly, the Platform does not collect or process the User's personal data (name, surname, phone number, email, and others).

3.1 Is Unlawful or Inappropriate: Includes the dissemination of unlawful, offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or fraudulent material.

3.2 Violates System Security: Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its databases, or servers. Interfering with, disrupting, or restricting the normal functioning of the Platform by any method. Uploading, injecting, or distributing malicious code, viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other destructive files. Decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or attempting to restore the source code of the Platform or its software.

3.3 Harms the Platform: Includes interfering with the normal functioning of the Platform, uploading malicious code, viruses, or other destructive files, or creating the possibility of such actions.

3.4 Constitutes Intellectual Property Infringement: The User is prohibited from decompiling or modifying the Platform's software.

3.5 Facilitates Automated Access: Includes the use of robots, spiders, or other automated means to obtain content from the Platform.

4.1. Platform Ownership: The Platform and all its components — including, but not limited to, software, design, graphics, textual materials, logos, trademarks, and other visual content — are the sole property of the Platform.

4.2. Protection of Trademarks: The "Sivrce" name, logo, slogans, and other distinctive marks are the Platform's registered or protected trademarks. Their copying, imitation, use, or any form of modification, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Platform.

4.3. Partner Venue Content: The photos uploaded by Partner Venues on the Platform are subject to copyright owned by the respective Partner Venue. Despite this content being public, the User is prohibited from downloading, copying, duplicating, or using it in any other form for personal or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Platform or the respective Partner Venue.

4.4. Restrictions on Use: These Terms and Conditions do not grant you the right to use the Platform's intellectual property or the content of the Partner Venues placed on it for any purposes other than the direct use of the Platform. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

5.1. Accuracy of Information: The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by Partner Venues (e.g., working hours, prices, services). This information is provided for informational purposes only.

5.2. Quality of Services: The Platform does not guarantee and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or any other deficiencies of the services provided by Partner Venues.

5.3. AI Recommendations: The recommendations generated by AI do not constitute a guarantee issued by the Platform. The User assumes full responsibility for any decision made based on these recommendations.

5.4. Technical Interruptions: The Platform does not guarantee its uninterrupted and error-free operation. The company is not liable for any damages caused by technical interruptions or temporary system malfunctions.

6.1. The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.2. The amendments shall become effective upon their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform shall be considered as an acceptance of the new terms.

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.
